Refund Policy

General principle

All sales are final, except where applicable law requires a refund. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account (access continues until the end of the period paid for). If you encounter a serious problem with the service, contact us via the contact form: refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling online is as simple as registering.

Cancellation ends automatic renewal. Your access and the features of your plan remain available until the end of the period already paid for. There is no automatic pro-rated refund of the current period.

Plan changes (downgrade)

If you switch to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. You keep the benefits of your current plan until the end of the period already paid for.

Plan upgrades take effect immediately, with a pro-rated adjustment handled by our payment provider.

Credits

The credits included in a plan reset at each cycle and are not refundable once the period has begun. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire, but are not refundable once purchased, except where the law requires it.

Serious problems

If you encounter a serious problem with the Service, do not remain in uncertainty: write to us via the contact form. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, in good faith, taking into account the circumstances and the applicable law.

Processing times

When a refund is granted, it is processed by our payment provider within reasonable times. The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution and is beyond our control.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit your mandatory rights as a consumer, in particular those provided by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and the legal warranty, which remain fully applicable. In the event of a discrepancy, your legal rights prevail.
